Refund Policy

Deposits reserve studio time. A deposit is fully refundable if you cancel in writing before work begins. Once drawing, drafting, or yarn sourcing has started, the deposit is applied to the hours and third-party costs already incurred and any remainder is refunded.

• Before first presentation: 75% of the design fee refunded, minus committed third-party costs.
• After first presentation, before final files: 40% of the design fee refunded, minus committed third-party costs.
• After delivery of final files: the design fee is not refundable, as the work has been completed and supplied.

Strike-offs, lab dips, hand samples, dye-house charges, and shipping are paid to third parties on your behalf and are non-refundable once ordered. Where a supplier issues us a credit, we pass that credit on to you in full.

Licence fees are refundable only if the licence has not been used in production or marketing. If a term licence is cancelled early, unused full years may be credited against future studio work at our discretion.

Tell us. Every quote includes the revision rounds listed in it, and we would much rather redraw a repeat than have you accept something that doesn't work. If, after using the included revisions, the deliverables still do not match the agreed written brief, we will re-do the affected designs at no charge or refund the fee for those designs.

Colour variation between screen, strike-off, and bulk production, or a change in your internal direction, is not treated as a defect.

Email service@averrae.online with your invoice number and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days and decide within 10 working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 days, in the currency invoiced; bank charges or exchange-rate differences are not reimbursed.

Nothing here limits any non-excludable rights you have under the consumer or commercial law of [Jurisdiction]. Where those rights conflict with this policy, the law of [Jurisdiction] applies.
