Seamless repeat design
Hand-drawn motifs built into half-drop, brick, or tossed layouts. Delivered as layered artwork with repeat size, tile preview, and print-width notes.
Jacquard & dobby weaves
Drafts, peg plans, and yarn specs for shaft and jacquard looms, with float lengths checked against your finishing route.
Weft-knit structures
Rib, interlock, tuck, and pointelle development for circular and flat machines, including stitch density and shrinkage allowances.
Colour & colourways
Two to four commercial colourways per design, referenced to physical standards so lab dips arrive close on the first pass.
Sustainable material trials
Fibre substitutions, low-water and natural dye routes, and mill trials documented with wash and lightfastness results.
Production support
Strike-off review, engineered placements, and repeat corrections during sampling so nothing stalls at the mill.
Sampling is part of the design, not an afterthought. We budget for it from day one.
